Booking & Solo Travelers
Can I book as a single traveler?
Absolutely! 1000% yes. The majority of our guests arrive solo. It is the perfect way to become part of our “Solid Family,” meet lifelong friends, or even find a future soulmate! Our communal atmosphere makes it easy to connect from day one.
Arrival & Transport
How do I get to the Lodge?
- Agadir Airport/Bus Station: We arrange transfers within the Agadir region for €20 one-way or €40 return. Our driver will be waiting for you at the exit with a sign featuring our logo.
- Marrakech Arrival: You can take a “Grand Taxi” (approx. €120) or the bus (recommended). Use CTM or Supratours from Marrakech to Agadir (approx. €10). Let us know your arrival time, and we will pick you up from the Agadir bus station!
- Self-Drive/Taxi: If taking a local taxi, ask for “Tamraght Camping.” Fixed prices are roughly 350 DH (day) or 400 DH (night).
Surfing Levels & Lessons
Do I need prior experience?
Not at all! Our L1 and L2 courses are specifically tailored for total novices. We’ll provide the foundation you need to catch your very first wave.
What about intermediate and advanced surfers?
We have you covered! We offer tailored experiences for L3 (Intermediate) and L4 (Advanced) surfers. Our surf guiding takes you across the coast to find the best conditions.
Life at the Lodge
What does a typical day look like?
Note: Times vary based on the tide and swell forecast.
- 07:30 – 10:00: Breakfast (or packed for Dawn Patrol)
- 09:00: Surf Lessons / Guiding departure
- 12:00: Lunch break on the beach
- 13:00: Afternoon Surf Session
- 16:00: Surf Skate session
- 17:30: Sunset Yoga
- 19:00: Dinner at the Lodge
- 20:00: Movie Night with free popcorn
- 22:00: Bar closes — time to hit the town!
Is food included?
Yes! Breakfast, Lunch, and 5 Dinners are included. We serve a mix of Moroccan and European-inspired dishes.
Note: We have one night off per week to give you a chance to explore the local cafes in Tamraght.
Packing Essentials
What should I bring?
- Summer clothes, bikinis/boardshorts, and flip-flops.
- High-protection sunscreen and mosquito repellent.
- A beach towel (we provide indoor towels).
- Leggings: Great for preventing surf rash or sunburn on your legs.
- Camera/GoPro and any personal medical supplies.
- Good vibes!
Health & Safety
Do I need a vaccine?
Currently, there are no specific vaccine requirements to enter Morocco.
Do I need insurance?
Yes. Travel and cancellation insurance are essential. They protect you against medical emergencies, lost baggage, or trip interruptions. We also offer Surf Insurance (“Better Surf Than Sorry”) for €5/day to cover your equipment.
