By booking a stay at Tamraght Surf Lodge, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- Non-Refundable Deposit: A 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is only confirmed once this deposit has been received.

- Balance: The remaining 70% balance must be paid in full upon arrival at the lodge.
- Currency: All prices are quoted in Euros (€). Payments made in local currency (MAD) will be subject to the daily exchange rate.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be sent via email to bonjour@tamraghtsurflodge.com.
- The 30% deposit is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel within 30 days of arrival, 50% of the total booking fee is due.
- If you cancel within 14 days of arrival or fail to show up (No-Show), 100% of the total booking fee is due.
- We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance that covers trip cancellations to protect your investment.
3. Surfing & Activities
- Physical Fitness: By booking, you state that you are in good physical health and can swim.
- Weather Conditions: Surfing is dependent on weather and swell. If conditions are unsafe, we reserve the right to modify or cancel surf sessions. No refunds are given for missed sessions due to weather beyond our control.
- Equipment: Guests are responsible for the equipment rented to them. Any loss or significant damage to boards or wetsuits must be paid for, unless Surf Insurance (€5/day) was purchased prior to the session.
4. Liability & Insurance
- Personal Risk: Surfing is a high-risk sport. Tamraght Surf Lodge is not liable for personal injuries, illnesses, or accidents that occur during surf lessons, guiding, or while staying at the lodge.
- Mandatory Insurance: Guests are responsible for obtaining their own comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
- Personal Property: The lodge is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
5. Lodge Rules
- Shared Spaces: All rooms feature shared bathrooms. We ask guests to be respectful of others regarding cleanliness and noise.
- Check-in/Out: While we allow arrival at any time, official check-in and check-out times may apply for room readiness.
- Zero Tolerance: We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave without a refund if they engage in illegal activities, harassment, or behavior that endangers others.
6. Food & Allergies
- We provide Vegetarian, Gluten-Free, and Lactose-Free options. It is the guest’s responsibility to inform us of any severe allergies prior to arrival. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
7. Privacy
- We value your privacy. Your personal data is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by Moroccan law.
